According to a recent revelation, the late Wild ‘N’ Out actress Jacky Oh’s cosmetic surgeon, Dr. Zach, has been the subject of prior complaints from patients over suspected botched treatments.
Oh passed away last week at the age of 32, according to a spokesman for BET Media Group who talked, the reason for her passing has not been made public. Since then, Page Six and other media sources have stated that the TV actress visited Zach, whose actual name is Zachary Okhah, for a “mommy makeover” before to her untimely passing. She supposedly informed followers about it in an Instagram post that has since been removed. Zach was the real name of Zachary Okhah.
And now, the news organization is reporting that the PH-1 Miami physician has already sued many former patients for posting negative assessments of his treatments online.

The request for a statement was not immediately responded to by Okhah’s company, PH-1 Miami.
According to a snapshot that was acquired by Hollywood Unlocked, Oh teased a makeover before her passing by posing in a selfie with the surgeon and telling followers to “stay tuned to my YouTube for the full reveal.” Oh posted the photo before she passed away.
In the days afterwards, Page Six has claimed that Okhah has previously filed lawsuits against other customers, such as Leila Penn, whom he allegedly sued for more than $30,000 in July 2021. In addition, Page Six has reported that Okhah has previously filed lawsuits against other clients.
According to the newspaper, Penn claimed that the surgeon “mutilated” her in a RealSelf review. Okhah reportedly labeled Penn’s charges “false.” It was claimed that he accused his former patient of “directly engaging with” potential customers and encouraged them to go elsewhere, but in December 2021, he dropped the action without prejudice.
According to Page Six, Okhah also filed a lawsuit against Kyla Neirenburg in September 2021 for alleging that he does not have “happy patients.” The complaint was filed against Kyla Neirenburg for making such a statement. According to the publication, she said that his ratings on Google were “fake” and “written by their own staff or friends,” and Okhah responded by filing a lawsuit against him for $30,000. Reportedly, he also succeeded in having the legal action dropped with no adverse consequences in December of 2021.
The circumstances behind Jacky Oh’s death are not yet known. The news was verified by a spokeswoman for BET Media Group, who said in a statement that she was a “talented Wild ‘N Out family member whose impact will be forever treasured and missed.” The statement was given.
Oh, whose actual name is Jacklyn Smith, “was a loving friend and beloved colleague of the Wild ‘N Out cast throughout all five seasons,” according to the representative for the show.

Oh is a joint parent with the comedian DC Young Fly to their children, Nova, Nala, and Prince. According to TMZ, he learned of Jacky Oh’s death while shooting Wild ‘N Out, and it is believed that she was in Miami at the time of her passing away.

Following her departure from Wild ‘N Out, the mother of three went on to start her own brand of lip gloss and sell real estate. On Mother’s Day, Jacky Oh sent the following message on her Instagram account: “I do a lot. However, being a mother is by far my most favorite role.
She went on to say, “God chose me three times. I swear I will never take it for granted.” Im so dang fortunate guy!”
