The matters concerning Stephen ‘tWitch’ Boss have been resolved.

Documents acquired by Entertainment Tonight indicate that the late dancer’s widow, Allison Holker Boss, has been awarded half of her late husband’s profits from his creative endeavors after his passing in December.

According to the records, Holker was granted her request for the Spousal Property Petition, which was filed earlier this year by a judge from the Superior Court of California in Los Angeles County. This petition was first submitted in January of this year. The records also verify that Holker is Boss’ surviving husband and that she was given “property passing” rights. Additionally, the documents state that Holker was given “property passing” rights. In addition to this, it was pointed out that “no administration of it is necessary.”

Additionally, the documents provide evidence that the deceased did not leave a will prior to their passing and confirm this fact.

Holker has fifty percent of Stephen’s stake in the whole of the one hundred percent of all shares that make up Stephen Boss Productions, Inc.

The boss has an investing account with Goldman Sachs, and the dancer is awarded half of the royalties from GEP Talent Services, Disney Worldwide Services, Inc., SAG/AFTRA, and Cast and Crew Production Services.

The law in California states that surviving spouses are entitled to half of their loss spouse’s joint estate; nevertheless, the surviving spouse is still required to submit the petition to establish that they were in fact married to the deceased spouse.

tWitch took his own life on December 13, 2022, when he was 40 years old, and died as a result. Holker sent a statement to Entertainment Tonight (ET) at the time of his passing confirming the news of his passing.

The former star of “So You Think You Can Dance” made her first public statement in February, addressing a message to her devoted audience of dance enthusiasts.

“I just wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for all of the love and support that has been shown to both myself and my family during this difficult time. It has been a really trying and emotional experience, but you guys have provided us so much hope and inspiration by sharing stories and memories and moments in various ways Stephen influenced your life. “You guys have brought us so much hope and inspiration by sharing stories and memories and moments in different ways Stephen impacted your life,” she added at the beginning of the video. “He was a person who was simply really stunning. He based his life on love, and that passion shone through in the way he made you feel. My loved ones and I have always said that we wanted to make sure that our goal was fulfilled by delivering happiness to other people.

She went on to say, “It’s going to feel somewhat different. On the other hand, we are well aware that this is our mission. To this day, we will continue to do that, and we will continue to hope that we will be able to recall the sensation that he provided us, as well as the fact that we may still progress from there.

In the same month, a Celebration of Life event was held in Los Angeles in honor of Boss, and it was attended by a large group of relatives and friends totaling 500 people.

Since then, Holker, who shares custody of her children Weslie, 14, Maddox, 7, and Zaia, 3, has been using Instagram as a platform from which to document special moments with her brood. A few days ago, the dancer uploaded a few images to their social media accounts that documented their younger children’s first Easter without their biological father.
