Everyone is aware that there are many obstacles to overcome while trying to lose weight. It takes an incredible amount of positive thinking willpower to start a workout routine, stay committed to it, and eat healthily, especially if people around you live different lifestyles. This is especially true if you are in an environment where you are constantly exposed to unhealthy food options. It’s possible that getting rid of excess weight is the most difficult struggle one may encounter in their lifetime. Whether you’re at a supermarket or watching commercials on television, you have to continuously resist the urge to buy unhealthy food. In addition to this, if you want results, you have to go out at the gym even on the days when you don’t feel like it.

It’s a well-known fact that losing weight requires a lot of mental and physical strength, and the process is only going to be more challenging if you have a lot of weight to shed in the first place. We would want to highlight a few individuals who persisted despite experiencing times when they wanted to give up; in their after pictures, you may not even be able to identify them.

1. Between the “before” and “after” pictures, this lady has dropped almost 50 pounds!
