Maggie, a stunning dog, was one of the guests at Barker’s Pet Motel and Grooming, which is a canine rescue organization that also provides boarding and grooming services. In the meanwhile, she had lost her kids a week earlier, and she was surrounded by little puppies who had been removed from their moms near her cage. In addition, she was in the same cage as the mother of one of the small puppies.

One day, after all of the other workers had left their place of employment, Maggie took the choice to carry out an unusual act by herself. She was able to free herself from her confinement and make her way toward the little children who were crying excessively in the nursery that was close.

Because she was unable to enter the kennel with the babies, she positioned herself next to them to verify that she was there and that everything was in working order for them.

This beautiful image was taken by a surveillance camera. When the owners saw Maggie’s kind deed, they let her inside the house to keep the pups warm. They spoke nonstop throughout the night. Maggie was wrapping her arms around them and kissing them. In the morning, they were sleeping with their arms around each other. It was a really touching experience.

Maggie and the pups have now found permanent homes, but the beautiful moment will live on in the minds of those who saw it.
