Jansen Panettiere, the younger brother of Hayden Panettiere, passed away at the age of 28, as revealed by PEOPLE.
Last weekend, Jansen passed away in New York City. Jansen’s cause of loss was not immediately revealed, but a source told TMZ that there was no reason to suspect foul play in connection with his loss.
Jansen, who was five years younger than Hayden, followed in her footsteps and became a successful actress in Hollywood. From the early 2000s, he has been in a variety of film and television productions, including Even Stevens, The X’s, Tiger Cruise, Racing Stripes, The Martial Arts Child, The Walking D.e.a.d, Perfect Game, and How High 2 among others. In the year 2022, he had an appearance in the Christmas movie Love and Love Not.
Although Jansen’s career in Hollywood is what brought him the most notoriety, he was also deeply interested in the arts. Their Instagram account of the actor is packed with vividly colored photos and abstract works of art. The most recent picture he appears to have uploaded was a picture of his girlfriend, Catherine Michie. He included a blue love emoji in the description of a picture that showed Michie standing next to the piece of art.
Jansen posted a picture of himself and Hayden, 33, trimming his hair in the middle of January. The photo was accompanied by the statement, “Not the first haircut she’s attempted to give me.” This post was made only three weeks ago.
