People have the misconception that actor Kurt Russell is already the best man a woman could ever wish for because he is a wonderful father to his children and a loving husband to his partner. However, the actor has recently added another feather to his cap by becoming a devoted grandpa to his grandchildren. And as is the case with the majority of grandparents, he is making the most of his time to be the greatest grandfather he can be to his grandkids.

Goldie Hawn has been Kurt’s companion for the last four decades of their relationship. After first making their acquaintance in the same production in 1966, the pair has been together continuously since 1983. On the other hand, they ran into one other again while working on the set of their movie “Swing Shift,” and ever since then, they have been inseparable. After being romantically attached, they even went on to feature in other films together. In spite of this, the pair decided against getting married.

Their adorable and loving relationship is the sweetest, with the obvious affection they have for each other more akin to a group of teenage sweethearts than a couple that has been together for four decades. After getting together, the pair continued to be very productive in the Hollywood industry, but they also put a significant amount of emphasis on the value of their family. Despite the fact that Kurt is neither Oliver’s or Kate’s real father, Kate has often shown that the affection she has for her “dad” is strong and unyielding.

In July of 2020, Hawn posted a picture to her social media accounts showing herself and Kurt with two of their children, along with a caption that said they will “take care of each other now and always.”

Since Kurt and Hawn have been together for such a significant amount of time, it is only natural that they would want to spend the rest of their lives in the same house. They have a residence in Aspen, in the state of Colorado, in addition to another one in Los Angeles, in the state of California. In an interview that took place in November 2020 on CBS Sunday Morning, the couple said that they had been residents of their house in Los Angeles for around four years at the time of the interview. Hawn said, “We constructed it, and it’s just so amazing,” in reference to the structure.

Because of the lovely landscape that surrounds the house, it is as as attractive on the exterior as it is on the inside. According to an article published in Hello! Magazine, the location is spacious enough for the whole family to congregate there and has a few unique elements, such as a gigantic cow statue and a spot designated for meditation.

Being a granny, Hawn has a lot of responsibilities on her plate. She shares quite a few images of her grandkids on her Instagram profile. Most recently, she shared some pictures of her granddaughter Rio, which prompted quite a few people to remark on how much the little girl resembled her “GoGo” when she was younger.

While this is going on, Kurt is not only a wonderful parent to his children, but he is also a devoted grandpa to his adorably cute grandkids. In point of fact, it is clear that he enjoys every aspect of his position as a grandfather, as seen by the many instances that he has demonstrated his devotion for his grandkids.

One example is a photograph that was uploaded on social media by Kate in December 2018 showing Kurt and Hawn holding their grandchild.

Kate captioned one of her photos with the phrase “Grandma and Grandpa duty…or should I say, Mr. and Mrs. Claus,” and the photo was shared on Instagram.

According to Kurt, the family enjoys spending quality time together. In point of fact, they even have an annual event around the time of Christmas.

In an interview with Closer Weekly, Kurt shared the following tradition: “On Christmas Eve, we always have a huge supper and we decorate the tree.” “The grandchildren are getting ready for bed by putting on their pajamas and hanging up their stockings. We light the fire, and after it’s dark outside, we take turns selecting a member of our group to read “‘Twas the Night Before Christmas.'”

Kurt could be seen smiling broadly while tenderly cradling his grandchild in his arms in yet another picture that Kate posted online to celebrate Father’s Day in June of 2020. This picture was one of many that Kate posted online. One could tell by just seeing the expression on his face how content and pleased he is in his role as a grandpa.

After dressing up like a royal for his granddaughter’s fourth birthday celebration in October 2022, Kurt took his responsibilities as a grandpa to a whole new level. Hawn, on the other hand, dressed in a manner more appropriate for a woman. Little Rani Rose is considered to be the monarch by the couple.
