The former High School Musical star is engaged to her longtime boyfriend, Cole Tucker.
According to TMZ, which was the first to break the story, the couple reportedly became engaged at the end of 2022. PEOPLE has attempted to get a comment from Hudgens and Tucker’s representatives on this matter.
Hudgens, who is 34 years old, and Tucker, who is 26 years old, were said to be dating after they were spotted holding hands in Los Angeles in November 2020. Hudgens later revealed that she was the one who initiated the relationship between the two after they had met on a Zoom meditation group call.
During an appearance on The Drew Barrymore Show in May of 2021, she revealed, “I get on Zoom, and I’m like, ‘Who is that?'” “I was able to locate him, and we immediately began speaking.”
She went on to say, “If there is something or someone that I desire, I will pursue it or them. I completely unintentionally slid into his direct messages and said, “Hey, it was nice to meet you.” Therefore, I do not believe that there is any shame in initiating the conversation.”
At the premiere of Hudgens’s film Tick…Tick…Boom! in November 2021, Hudgens made her first appearance on the red carpet alongside Tucker, who was then a professional baseball player for the Reno Aces.
Instagram is the primary source of information that the public has regarding her relationship with Tucker. Hudgens shared photographs from the premiere as well as from a tropical vacation she had taken with Tucker not long before the event.
Despite this, Tucker boasted about his accomplishments in a one-on-one interview “He boasted about his “cool” girlfriend to the reporters, saying things like, “She’s awesome. I love her.”
Most recently, Hudgens shared on her Instagram account a sweet photo of the couple together. She continued by saying, “If it means meeting with you, I’ll stop the world.”
