Hope For Paws was alerted to the plight of a German Shepherd and immediately went out to provide assistance. Upon arriving, they saw the mother attempting to bring back to life her infant child who had just gone away.

The dog had no intention of allowing anybody to get near to her, but at the same time, she was looking for some aid. Because she was hostile, anybody attempting to save her would need to exercise an increased level of caution and patience.

They knew that with patience, food, and affection, they could ultimately coax her into the cage so that she could begin her new life there. It was time to start the healing process, and only two days later, our darling Kailani was well on her way to recovering!
