Just two weeks after announcing the end of her marriage to Tom Brady, supermodel Gisele Bündchen became the owner of a home in the Miami Beach region. The home is situated directly across the creek from the location where Brady is currently constructing his mansion. She made the purchase in February, some months prior to the couple’s breakup, and paid $1.25 million for a cottage in the Art Deco style that was located in the town of Surfside. Now, TMZ is reporting that she has closed on a home that costs $11.5 million and is located within swimming distance of Brady’s house, which is now getting repairs.

TMZ also said that insiders close to the exes told them that Brady was aware of his ex-intentions wife buying the house in the event that it would make it simpler for them to divide parental responsibilities for their two children. (They have joint custody of Benjamin, who is 12 years old, and Vivian, who is 9 years old.) The new home of Brazilian model Gisele Bündchen is discretely located on a secluded cul-de-sac, affording the model and her three children the privacy they need.

In the year 2020, Brady and Bündchen made the purchase of a parcel of land on Indian Creek Island, also known as Billionaire Bunker due to the presence of wealthy residents such as Ivanka Trump, Jared Kushner, and activist investor Carl Icahn. The land cost a total of $17 million. The couple demolished their previous home, which had 5,772 square feet of living space, and immediately started work on constructing an environmentally friendly mansion in its place.

The breathtaking new home that Bündchen has purchased encompasses a total area of 6,600 square feet and features a total of five bedrooms, seven bathrooms, towering ceilings that reach a height of 25 feet, and numerous terraces that offer views of the water. It has a backyard dock, an outdoor pool, a home theater, a fitness room, an eat-in kitchen that opens to a patio, and a playroom for the children, and an eat-in kitchen that opens to a patio. The house is situated on a waterfront parcel that is 18,400 square feet in size and features a pleasant outdoor space that comes complete with a dock, a swimming pool, and access to the creek.
