Previous One Direction member Harry Styles’ former property in Los Angeles has just been listed for sale for a price of $7.955 million.
According to the New York Post, the 28-year-old Grammy winner acquired the modern property in the year 2016. According to a source in Architectural Digest, he first put it up for sale in 2017 at a price of $8.5 million, but he had to reduce the asking price many times before he eventually found a buyer. According to the public documents for the property, Styles sold the house in July 2019 for only $6 million.
This gated house in Hollywood Hills West has 4,000 square feet of living space, four bedrooms, and six bathrooms. It is located just above the Sunset Strip.
Selling Sunset’s Emma Hernan of the Oppenheim Group is the home’s listing agent, and she is also well-known in the real estate industry.

The advertisement for the two-story home states that it boasts high ceilings and hardwood flooring throughout, in addition to a fireplace and walls of windows to take advantage of the views.
