As Amanda Kosal awaited the judge’s decision in the courtroom, the atmosphere was strained.

When Amanda, a resident of Redford Township, Michigan, was behind the wheel while under the influence of alcohol, her car crossed the center line and collided head-on with an approaching SUV.

Jerome Zirker, age 31, passed away as a result of the tragedy, and his fiancee Brittany Johnson, also age 31, sustained life-threatening injuries.

Zirker had reportedly just picked up Johnson after she had finished working a shift of twelve hours at the group home where she was employed. Their five children would have been there with them as per usual, but on that particular day, the children were visiting their grandma.

In a subsequent interview with WDIV Local 4, Johnson said, “Thank goodness they were at grandma’s home because if they hadn’t been there, it would have been all of us.”

Amanda had already entered a guilty plea for driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs while causing the loss of another person.

Now, she and the relatives of the victims were waiting for the judgment to be delivered by Judge Qiana Lillard.

However, nobody had any idea that the next scene was going to be broadcast all over the world.

There is a guy in the courtroom who is seen smiling and joking as everyone is waiting for serious judgment.

You can probably guess that Judge Qiana Lillard is fuming with wrath at this very moment.

Suddenly, she makes the announcement, “It’s time for him to depart.”

“I don’t know who he is, but anyone can sit here at a horrible time like this and laugh and grin when someone has lost a family member… I want to know who you are,” she said. I mean, that clown, and that’s what I’m going to call him, a clown, was sitting there smiling and laughing the whole while Mr. Zirker’s sister was speaking.”

On the other hand, it would seem that Amanda’s mother was unaware of the judge’s letter. The judge notices her quickly as she is making expressions in the background.

Donna Kosal hears the judge tell another person, “You may go too.” Because of this, if you don’t know how to behave, you might end yourself in prison.

Sadly, Donna Kosal was not pleased with just exiting the courthouse after the case was over. Instead, she began shouting and creating a disturbance as she was leaving the courtroom, which, as the judge, Lillard said afterward, “further disrupted proceedings.” The judge, on the other hand, had reached his limit at this time.

After bringing Donna Kosal back into the courtroom, the judge places her under arrest for criminal contempt and issued a sentence of 93 days in prison for her violation of the law.

“Is there anybody else who would want to go? “Give it a go,” she urges everyone in the room.

Since it was first published on the website, the video has received more than 25 million views.
In the comments section of the video, it says:

“What on earth gives individuals the impression that they can come into a courtroom and act in such a manner? It seems inconceivable that she could have believed there would be no repercussions for her actions.

“Did she really believe that you could have an outburst in front of a JUDGE and that there would be no penalties handed down? It was evident that she had lost track of her whereabouts. IDIOT.”

“May God have mercy on the families of these two victims. We are relieved that this judge did an excellent job of safeguarding them. I hope that this may help you find some serenity.
