The vast majority of dogs have absolutely boundless affection for the people in their lives; this love is just there in them from birth. And if these people are their adoptive parents, the affection will be doubled! This love would continue to exist even if they were physically separated from one another.

Oshie is a devoted golden retriever who loves his human parents, Jesse and Nancy, more than anything else in the whole world. Jesse and Nancy are both very good at their jobs as Marines in the United States. However, Jesse has been retired for eleven years, while Nancy is still an active duty marine. Because of this, Nancy is unable to spend as much time as she would want at home with her husband and their sweet son.

Oshie is loved by more than just Jesse and Nancy; all of her fellow marines have a soft spot in their hearts for this chum as well.

Oshie is always the one in the family who is the most excited to see his mother after she has been away on a mission, and this happens every time Nancy returns home from one. This happy video captures a cute little boy enthusiastically greeting his mother after she has returned from a trip to Norway. Even before Nancy opened the door, he couldn’t contain his excitement, and when she did eventually go through it, our little Oshie went completely crazy.

The happy puppy bounced about enthusiastically, showered his mother with kisses, and waggled his tail joyously as soon as he saw her. He then rose up on his hind legs to give her a huge embrace. They were both overcome with happiness, and Nany couldn’t stop talking about how much she had missed her fuzzy baby.

Naturally, this wasn’t the first time that Oshie was overjoyed to see his mother return home, and it certainly won’t be the final time either. Another video of this cute dogie a few years later showing him heading out on an exciting adventure to see his mother is shown below. A few little adjustments were made to his looks, but there was no way to alter the depth of his love for mother. Their connection was just remarkable.
