A gathering for Mandy Moore, who revealed in June that she was expecting her second child, was the subject of a series of adorable photographs that Hilary Duff shared on her Instagram account.
Mandy Moore is receiving an abundance of affection from Hilary Duff.
Moore, who revealed in June that she and her husband Taylor Goldsmith were expecting their second child, was the guest of honor at a small celebration that was thrown for Moore on Wednesday, and the How I Met Your Father actress, who is 34 years old, shared a few images from the event.
“I adore you, Mandy! Yet another wonderful young man to be able to call you mother! Last week’s celebration of you and the newest member of the Goldsmith family with delectable food and the enjoyable company was a blast. Your grin is infectious, and you have (or sort of always had) a radiant light about you.” Duff said in the description for the photo on Instagram.
In the photographs, the expectant mother, who is 38 years old, is seen wearing a flowery dress, while Duff is seen wearing jeans and a brown silk button-down. In one of the photos, Duff and Moore can be seen locked in a passionate hug.
Duff and her husband Matthew Koma are the parents of their two children, Banks Violet, age 3, and Mae James, age 17 months. She is also the mother of Luca Cruz, who is ten years old and whom she shares with her former husband, Mike Comrie.
Moore and Goldsmith, both 37 years old, already have a child together, a son named August “Gus” Harrison, who is now 19 months old. The couple is expecting another son in the coming weeks, making them the parents of two boys. Moore shared earlier this month that Gus is “completely oblivious” to the fact that he will soon have a sibling of his own.

Moore said that she is “truly relishing” the time she has with Gus before the arrival of her new baby son. Moore made the announcement in June that she would be calling off the remaining dates of her In Real Life tour so that she could concentrate on her pregnancy and return home.
