Metin Keskin, a road worker in Istanbul, Turkey, was the hero who pulled a kitten from the water during a flash flood and gave him mouth-to-mouth resuscitation to bring him back to life.
According to Keskin, the cat was discovered when he and his employees were tasked with removing floods from the property. As soon as he saw the little stray cat getting swept away by the heavy rain and on the point of passing away, he made a beeline for her to give her some assistance. She was not moving, she gave no indication that she was still alive, and she did not make a sound.
On the other hand, Keskin would not give up on the defenseless baby and leave him behind. He got down on one knee next to her on the asphalt and began doing mouth-to-mouth resuscitation in an effort to bring the small kitten back to life.
Keskin started applying pressure on the cat’s chest and breathing slowly and gently into her mouth while she did so. He also gently warmed her up and rubbed her petite body to help her remove the water from her lungs. In addition, he massaged her body.
After what seemed like an eternity, they finally saw a sign of life, and they let out an ecstatic roar of delight and exhilaration. The little cat let out a weak meow as he expelled the water via his lips as he was playing in the water.
Keskin transported the feline patient to a veterinary facility, where she received treatment to restore her health and was anticipated to make a full recovery. On the other hand, since after Keskin made the decision to adopt the cat and provide her with a home for the rest of her life, he has not seen the cat again.
Keskin said, “She becomes our kitten today, and I’m extremely excited about it,” while making an appearance for the announcement at the veterinary hospital.
