When rescuers discovered a rare kitten below a home in Melbourne, Australia, in February 2018, they were amazed. After pulling the kitten out, they were surprised to see that it had four ears and a malformed right eye, something they had never seen before.

He was taken into the care of the Geelong Animal Welfare Society. Then they hurried the cat with four ears into surgery, where they removed his eye and stitched him up. Georgi, a foster parent and employee of GAWS, took the kid home after his operation so that he might have a safe and pleasant place to stay while he was recovering from surgery. Because of the visible stitches on his face, Anderson dubbed him “Frankenkitten” (Frankenkitten).

Frankie’s greatest buddy is Anderson’s little son, Arthur, who has grown up with Frankie. It didn’t take long for Frankie to get comfortable in Anderson’s place, and he isn’t letting his differences keep him from enjoying himself. During the day, Frankie may be seen racing about the home and playing with Anderson’s other animals.

There have been a few additional health complications with Frankie, including some problems with his teeth. Frankie, on the other hand, has found a lovely home with a mother who loves him more than anything, and he is able to cope with anything as long as he is with his mother and his furry brothers.

A 10-week-old domestic short-haired puppy named Franklin was discovered beneath a house in Geelong, a city southwest of Melbourne, by a homeowner.

To the Geelong Animal Welfare Society, he was given up. Finally, Georgie Anderson, who is now his new owner, took him in.

Georgi worked for hours on creating an eyepatch that would remain on his face as he worked.

Meanwhile, Frankie continues to offer everyone love and compassion while going through his recovery process.

It didn’t take long for Frankie to get comfortable in Anderson’s place, and he isn’t letting his differences keep him from enjoying himself.

Frankie has found a lovely home with a mother who loves him beyond all else. As long as he is with his mother and his furry brothers, he is content.
