**Carol Vorderman Shows Off Her Figure and Opens Up About Love, Fitness, and Freedom**

TV personality Carol Vorderman continues to impress fans with her dedication to health and fitness, recently sharing snapshots flaunting her toned figure in tight workout clothes that highlighted her curvy shape.

The 62-year-old Welsh presenter, known for regularly posting her intense workouts on Instagram, has earned the nickname “Supervorders” from her many admirers. When she’s not appearing on television, lifting weights, flying planes, or snapping pictures with stars like Tom Cruise, she’s often spending time with one of her five so-called “special friends.”

Celebrating 40 years in television, Vorderman has made over 10,000 appearances on shows such as *Countdown*, *This Morning*, *The Great Celebrity Bake Off*, and *Lorraine*. Her career success is matched by her achievements outside of TV—she earned her private pilot’s license in 2014 and soon after joined NASA’s Challenger Center for Space Science Education to inspire young people in the sciences.

Committed to staying strong and fit, Vorderman is often found at the gym. In an interview with *HELLO!*, she remarked, “Women in their 60s weren’t raised to work out… But as you age, it’s so important to do strength training, stretch, and squat. If you skip it even briefly, your body lets you know.”

She added, “Because I work in a visual world, I do have to pay more attention to how I look—more than I’d like to, honestly.”

In a recent post, she shared photos from a workout session, wearing a snug grey crop top and leggings. “Five gym sessions this week. Just so good to get the routine going again. Eating clean, loads of water, lots of walking, fresh air… my happy state to be honest,” she captioned.

Fans immediately praised her, calling her “ageless” and “incredible,” while others left flirtatious comments and joked about her vibrant love life.

Her romantic life came into the spotlight again when co-host Dermot O’Leary teased her during *This Morning*, making light of her absence and referencing her long-term, no-strings-attached relationships with several men. His co-host Alison Hammond laughed as he quipped that a viewer calling in about a “love square” might actually be Vorderman in disguise.

Open and honest about her personal choices, Vorderman has said that she’s not looking for a traditional relationship. Since her 2007 split from journalist Des Kelly, she has embraced the freedom of being single. Previously married to Christopher Mather and later to Patrick King—the father of her two adult children—she now enjoys meaningful, low-pressure connections with five close male companions.

“I don’t want to marry again or live with a man,” she stated. “People shouldn’t be pressured to find one person to fulfill every need. That’s unrealistic.”

She explained that her lovers are all single, aware of each other’s existence (though not acquainted), and the arrangement is based on trust and honesty. “One’s been around for 11 years, another for seven. My kids know most of them,” she shared.

Vorderman even posted a playful video of herself dancing and lip-syncing to “It’s Raining Men,” which was met with enthusiastic praise from fans who admired both her moves and her confidence.

Clearly, Carol Vorderman is living life on her own terms—fit, fierce, and unapologetically free.
