Award-winning actor J. Fox considers being a father the most meaningful and fulfilling role of his life. Married to Tracy Pollan for over three decades, the couple has built a joyful life together raising their four children. Fox once joked in an interview with *Reader’s Digest* that it sometimes feels like they have five kids, capturing the energetic and lively atmosphere of their home.

He frequently emphasizes the importance of being present and attentive as a parent. “Always be available to your kids,” he advises, warning that if you delay—even by saying “just five or ten minutes”—you might miss the moment entirely. By the time you’re ready, he says, the excitement of what your child wanted to share may be gone. His view underscores the value of being engaged in your children’s lives as moments pass quickly.

Since being diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease in 1991, Fox has spoken candidly about how much strength, empathy, and resilience he draws from his children. His Instagram often reflects the deep bond and affection within his family.

On Mother’s Day 2022, Fox paid tribute to his wife Tracy with a heartfelt message, writing, “Our children are beautiful, sensitive, intelligent, empathetic, independent, compassionate, adventurous, lovely people. That’s your fault.” The message showed his deep appreciation for her role in shaping their children’s character.

Fox’s devotion to family and his openness about balancing personal struggles with love and presence at home continue to inspire others, highlighting the enduring power of emotional connection and support.
