Beyoncé is celebrating the holiday season by honoring her Houston heritage.

As part of the first-ever NFL Christmas Gameday on Netflix, the 32-time Grammy winner gave a live performance for the halftime show at NRG Stadium on Wednesday, December 25. The game was between the Houston Texans and the Baltimore Ravens, which took place in her hometown.

During the first mini-concert, the Cowboy Carter singer, who is 43 years old, arrived on a white horse while wearing an all-white outfit that was inspired by country music. She donned a big fur coat and a white cowboy hat that matched for the occasion.

After removing her coat, Beyoncé showed a bodysuit that was adorned with silver and shimmering Western motifs on her arms and legs. Additionally, she wore a silver belt buckle with the costume. As she wore her long, wavy blonde hair down her back, she accessorized the beautiful appearance by wearing knee-high white boots with chaps, dangling silver earrings, and diamond necklaces. She also wore her hair loosely down her back.

There were a number of exciting guests that appeared during the performance. These guests included the country singer Shaboozey, who joined her for the song “Sweet Honey Buckiin,” the rapper Post Malone, who is featured on Cowboy Carter’s song “Levii’s Jeans,” and Beyoncé’s oldest daughter, Blue Ivy, who was 12 years old and line-danced with her mother during the star’s final performance of “Texas Hold ‘Em.”

Blue Ivy, who Beyoncé has with her husband Jay-Z, complemented her mother’s style by wearing an all-white attire of her own. The ensemble consisted of a bedazzled corset, a white cowboy hat, a diamond necklace, and a sparkling belt buckle along with a diamond necklace. She also wore a sash that stated “Cowboy Carter” and was red, white, and blue in color. It was very similar to the one that her mother wore on the cover of her most recent album, which was also titled Cowboy Carter.

On November 17, Beyoncé made the first announcement about her performance on her social media platform, namely Instagram.

In the beginning of the music video, which was accompanied by an a cappella rendition of her song “AMERIICAN REQUIEM,” the lights were darkened, and an automobile that was adorned in red flowers was shown.

As the video proceeded, the camera moved to the front of the car, exposing longhorns connected to the top of the vehicle. Furthermore, the singer was seen standing on the hood of the vehicle while wearing a fitting minidress with long sleeves that included red, white, and blue off-the-shoulder sleeves.

The advertisement featured Beyoncé wearing a white cowboy hat as she caught a football that was thrown to her.

Beyoncé followed up with another promotional video that she uploaded to her Instagram account on December 11th, after the previous post that she had made.

During this particular occasion, the singer who is well known for her famous song “Jolene” wore an all-white ensemble as she traversed the snow in order to attach a football ornament to a solitary cactus that was decked with Christmas decorations and towered above her.

Her outfit consisted of a pair of tight leather trousers and an enormous crop top with a flowing train and a giant cowboy hat. She looked absolutely stunning.

Diamond jewelry, white gloves, and a crimson lip were the items that the singer wore as an accessory.

“Last year, we decided to take a big bet on live — tapping into massive fandoms across comedy, reality TV, sports, and more,” stated Bela Bajaria, the chief content officer of Netflix, in a statement that was released on November 19th.

No other live yearly event, whether it be sports or anything else, can match to the crowds that are drawn to National Football League football games. Only on Netflix will the National Football League’s games that take place on Christmas Day be shown.

According to Hans Schroeder, executive vice president of media distribution for the National Football League, “The NFL on Christmas has become a tradition, and to partner with Netflix, a service whose biggest day of the year is typically this holiday, is the perfect combination to grow this event globally for NFL fans.”
