The news that Michael Villella, the actor who was most known for his role as Russ Thorn in the horror film “The Slumber Party Massacre” from 1982, has passed away has been verified by TMZ.
Chloe, Michael’s daughter, has informed TMZ that her father died away on Saturday afternoon as a result of multiple organ failure. He had been hospitalized for more than a month prior to his passing.
Chloe Villella paid homage to her father on Facebook on Saturday, and the message that she included said, “May you rest in peace, daddy.”
Michael has appeared in a number of films, including “Love Letters,” “Wild Orchid II: Two Shades of Blue,” and “Gotham,” despite the fact that he is most recognized for his work as Russ Thorn.
His daughter and his ex-wife are the only people who will remember Michael.
