According to information obtained by TMZ, Mama June’s daughter Lauryn “Pumpkin” Efrid has declared her intention to divorce her husband Josh Efird after a marriage that lasted for six years.
Documents acquired by TMZ from the court system indicate that Pumpkin has submitted a petition for divorce from Josh in Wilkinson County, Georgia, this week. All four of the couple’s children are under the age of eight: Ella, Bentley, Sylus, and Stella, who are twins.
According to the documents, the parties have reached a contractual agreement to share custody of their children because they think that this is in the best interest of their children given that their marriage is “irretrievably broken.”
A parenting plan is included in the settlement agreement so that the two families may continue to spend time together with their children. It is their intention to split the costs of the children’s medical care, as well as their recreational and academic activities.
It is also stated in the documents that Pumpkin and Josh are renting a house under both of their names; however, they are going to collaborate in order to remove Josh from the lease agreement, which makes it seem as if he is leaving.
Josh has sixty days to remove his belongings from the residence, which is further indication that he is no longer a resident. Aside from that, neither party will get any kind of alimony.
