According to information obtained by TMZ, radio and television star Bobby Bones is in the process of finalizing a contract to sell his enormous Nashville mansion for a cool $6.9 million.
The real estate papers that were acquired by TMZ indicate that the home with six bedrooms and twelve bathrooms was sold on Tuesday. In light of the fact that Bobby purchased the 14,804 square foot mansion for $3,724,800 four years ago, it would seem that he is making a respectable profit from it.
It was first listed for sale by Bobby in September 2023 for $9.25 million, and the property is comprised of three building structures that are spread out over five acres. The new buyer was able to get a good price on the property. A win-win situation for both of them and Bobby!
The property comes with all the bells and whistles, including three gated gates for privacy and protection, a home cinema, a gym, a pool with a lagoon-style design, and a hot tub, as well as a complete sports arena that can accommodate tennis, pickleball, or basketball.
With a garage that can accommodate six vehicles, parking shouldn’t be a problem either.

“The Bobby Bones Show” is a nationally syndicated program that Bobby hosts for iHeart. In addition to winning “Dancing with the Stars” in 2018, Bobby is also well-known for his hosting duties.
Additionally, he has served as a full-time coach on the show “American Idol.”
The listing was held by Carrie Prickett, who works at Compass.
To Bobby and the new owner, my congratulations!
