The Oscars included a number of significant events. One included Lady Gaga and Liza Minnelli. At the end of the evening, the two stepped out to present the «Best Picture» award.
Liza onto the stage, and the crowd went to their feet. They answered with raucous clapping that went on for a long while. It was the speakers’ turn to wait.

With her hand on Liza’s shoulder, Lady Gaga roused the audience by bringing up the 50th anniversary of Liza’s performance in “Cabaret.” Lady Gaga said Liza, “You see that the public, they love you.”

In the musical “Cabaret,” Minnelli, who won the 1972 Academy Award for Best Actress, appeared. The film was directed by the legendary Bob Fosse. Liza’s skills could have come from her mother Judy Garland, who was a gifted artist.
“I’m delighted to present the grand prize of the evening to a real show business icon,” says Lady Gaga. In return, the celebrity crowd gives more hearty applause.

Liza commits a few grammatical mistakes as she begins to present the «Best Picture» award. Liza is greeted with a shoulder touch by Lady Gaga, who leans in to offer her support.
As Lady Gaga begins her show, Liza brightens. It was a kind act to save Liza as she struggled with the notecards. Everyone appreciated Gaga’s compassion and charity.
