Kelly Clarkson has said that she instilled moral principles in her children via her teaching methods. She is a mother of two, and she said in an interview that she would spank her children if they act inappropriately.

She says that this is a regular practice in Louisiana, which is her home state and where she now lives (her home state).

The location of Clarkson’s birthplace is Fort Worth, Texas. River Rose, who is five years old, and Remy, who is three years old, are the children that she has from her previous marriage to Brandon Blackstock. When asked how she disciplined her children, she said, “I’m not above a spanking,” which has caused some individuals to express dissatisfaction with her answer. In addition, she desires a gentle slap on the back rather than a severe beating.

She goes on to explain why her behavior is logical, citing the fact that she has achieved success in life and is content with who she is, as well as the fact that her parents spanked her when she was younger. After that, she went on to say that she is provided with a warning before taking any action.

The Voice Coach continued by stating that she was brought up in the South, a region where it is standard practice to punish children because of their behavior.

She does, however, concede that it would be challenging to do so in public since those who disagree with her are eager to pass judgment that way.

The use of spanking as a form of punishment for extended periods of time has been criticised. Others believe that it poses a risk, despite the fact that other people believe it to be safe.

When it comes to techniques of child discipline, the American Academy of Pediatrics is adamantly opposed to various forms of “corporal punishment,” including but not limited to spanking.
