A Chinese lady has sent shockwaves around the internet after sharing a video of an astonishing transformation that she achieved with the use of cosmetics and modern beauty prosthetics.
More than 1.8 million people have seen the cosmetics tutorial that Qi Huahua posted on her YouTube channel. The video was uploaded on the 9Gag Facebook page with the tagline “How to get away with murder.” As part of the new’sculpture’ cosmetics fad that is spreading across Southeast Asia, she can be seen in the video applying tape to her cheeks and even affixing a prosthetic nose to herself.
She was ultimately rendered totally unrecognizable by the time the video was over. The shocking revelations left viewers speechless, with one individual commenting, “This is why I have trust issues.”
One user added, “These days, going on a date in the rain is a requirement,” which received more than 1,500 likes.
Another person inquires, “What kind of sorcery is that?”
One lady moans, “I can’t even hide the smallest pimple on my face,” which refers to a blemish on her face.
In order to get her face ready for makeup, Huahua starts by applying moisturizer and primer. After that, she gives herself completely new characteristics by using a variety of cosmetics, such as colored contact lenses, foundation, eyebrow powder, eyeshadow, double eyelid tape, and artificial eyelashes.
According to reports from the Daily Mail, it is becoming more usual for women to apply prosthetic features in Southeast Asian beauty vlogs. The current trend of wearing heavy makeup has been likened to the practice of cosplay, and its participants are almost unrecognizable when they take off their masks.
