The Grande family is counting down the days before Halloween with bated breath.
Over the weekend, Ariana Grande and her brother Frankie Grande got an early start on the scary season by dressing up in costumes. A little over a week and a half after the pop sensation, who is 30, finalized her divorce from Dalton Gomez, she, her brother, who is 40, and several pals got together on Sunday for a quaint and intimate Halloween party.
The artist who is most known for her song “7 Rings” posted pictures from her evening on her Instagram stories. In addition to the winner of the previous season of RuPaul’s Drag Race All queens, the famous performer tagged her dancer brother, the stylist Mandoh, and the drag queens Salina EsTittes and Shangela, all of whom can be seen in the shot.
The winner of the Grammy Award started out by posting a cute selfie with her brother. The hitmaker was seen grinning while in a tender hug while wearing a pink tulle costume, black cat ears, and winged eyeliner with diamonds. On the other hand, the Broadway actress was groomed with dazzling silver eyeshadow.
Additionally, Grande posted a humorous Boomerang video of herself, Grande, and the two presenters of The Salty Rim! podcast laughing it up together. The group of four struck a pose in front of a mirror while decked up in Halloween garb, including headbands decorated with pumpkins and animal ears and eerie makeup consisting of cobwebs and whiskers.
The buddy group had a good time with spooky activities as well. Everyone’s attention was drawn to and they joked at a terrifying doll that had light-up eyes and was brandishing a knife in the one video that the “Positions” artist released.
“I’m telling you, if she turns on in the middle of the night, we should definitely check out!” Grande captured a conversation by recording it.
An early Halloween party was hosted at the Bucks County Playhouse in New Hope, Pennsylvania, on the same night as one of the YouTuber’s performances of The Rocky Horror Picture Show.
In a special production of the horror-themed musical, which runs through October 28th, Grande began his stint as Dr. Frank-N-Furter on Friday, marking the beginning of his tenure in the role. On the first night of his concert, his sister, who is a pop singer, was seen showing her support for him by attending, and she and he were pictured together backstage.
When the singer revealed in September that he would be taking on the legendary role, he posted on Instagram about how enthusiastic he was for the production and how much it meant to him. He said, “I’ve been singing Frank’s songs in my one-man show, had the honor of performing Dr. Scott virtually with Mr. Tim Curry himself, and of course, channeled the legend for Halloween, but it’s always been a dream of mine to perform this role in a ‘full’ production. I’m so excited to be able to share this with you.” That wish has finally come true! This is my chance to shine! It seems as like I am coming into my own strength, in a part that I was destined to play!
Earlier on Friday, the Grande children got together to wish their grandma a happy 98th birthday and to spend some quality time together. A carousel of pictures taken during the day by the ex-Big Brother contestant’s family was posted on his Instagram account.
The divorce of the actress who would play Elphaba in the future films based on Wicked was just concluded in early October. The “Thank U, Next” singer filed for divorce from the luxury real estate agent, 28, in September, and only a few weeks later, the couple, who had previously agreed to a prenuptial agreement, came to the conclusion that she would pay him $1,250,000.
PEOPLE was able to get documents that disclosed the settlement, which indicated that Gomez would not be entitled to spousal support since his tax-free payout would be provided all at once rather than gradually over time.
In accordance with the terms of their agreement, Dalton will be given fifty percent of the total money made from the sale of their once shared property in Los Angeles. Furthermore, the pop singer will pay up to twenty-five thousand dollars of Dalton’s legal bills.
