Over the weekend, the father and daughter team went to see the Detroit Lions play in a game.
Eminem and his daughter Hailie Jade made a rare public appearance together at Ford Field in Detroit, Michigan, on Sunday. It is believed that their presence helped the Detroit Lions win a decisive game against the Carolina Panthers by a score of 42-24.
The rapper, who is now 50 years old, expressed his enthusiasm about the game day through various social media platforms. He released a video of himself enthusiastically cheering on the squad, and put it to the tune of his popular song from 2002 titled “Lose Yourself.” He also shared a snapshot of himself from inside the suite showing him flexing his arm muscles.
In the video, Eminem could be seen having a conversation with his daughter Hailie, who is 27 years old, while the two of them experienced the exciting environment. “Detroit strong!!! let’s fu**in gooooo!!!!” was the caption that Eminem used for his post.
On her Instagram page, the famous Just a Little Shady podcast presenter, Hailie, recounted some of the most memorable moments from the game that she personally experienced while watching the game. She uploaded a picture of herself to her Instagram account wearing a Lions cap and standing in front of a football field.
In another video, Hailie was also able to film her fiance, Evan McClintock, proudly carrying a Lions flag while cheering for the team. She cleverly made a reference to a recent viral event featuring Taylor Swift by adding, “Football, family, and seemingly ranch ” in the clever caption she provided for the photo.
This is a reference to a photograph that was taken of Taylor Swift in Travis Kelce’s suite during the Kansas City Chiefs game on September 24. In the photograph, she can be seen posing with chicken tenders and two different sauces. In a hilarious way, Hailie recognized the widespread acclaim that Taylor Swift’s “seemingly ranch” moment had received.
The fact that Eminem was in attendance at the game was especially noteworthy due to the fact that he maintains a habit of keeping a low public profile while continuing to live in his hometown of Detroit. Fans were thrilled when he made unexpected cameos with Ed Sheeran and 50 Cent this year during their respective tour stops in the area, performing popular songs like as “Lose Yourself” and “Stan.”
On her podcast, Hailie expressed her enthusiasm at Eminem’s surprise appearances and revealed that she is often addressed in her father’s songs. She went to the 50 Cent event and afterwards expressed her delight at finally seeing the rapper known for the song “In Da Club” play after a long period of time, stating, “I have not seen him perform since, like, I seriously think it was like the sixth grade.” It’s been such a very long time.” Even though Hailie was aware that Eminem would be making surprise visits, she still found it quite enjoyable to see the crowd’s excitement when he was performing.
As Hailie reflected on the event, she related a wonderful incident from the performance in which she described how the excitement of a particular fan led to an unexpected opportunity to see the concert from the front row. “There was this guy in front of us,” the speaker said. He was sitting in our seats at one point, despite the fact that he was not meant to be there. Therefore, he just climbed forward and sat down in the chairs that were in front of us. During the whole period, he was having the time of his life. To our great relief, no one arrived to take those seats, and hence he was not asked to leave. I just responded with a yes. She shouted, “You have every right to be standing in that spot!”
In order to commemorate Eminem’s induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, the two of them made a rare appearance in public together the previous year.
During his victory speech, Eminem, whose actual name is Marshall Mathers, made a reference to his daughter by stating, “I almost passed away of an overdose in 2007, which kind of sucked because — Hailie, plug your ears! — because drugs were f**king delicious and I thought we had a good thing going.” Eminem is the stage name of the rapper Marshall Mathers.
In June, Eminem’s adopted daughter, Alaina Marie Scott, tied the knot with Matt Moeller, resulting in the expansion of the rapper’s family. In the meanwhile, Hailie is busy making preparations for the wedding she will share with her fiancé, Evan McClintock.
