On May 27, 2017, the news of Greg Allman’s passing was made public on his Facebook page. The post also disclosed that the late singer had struggled with a variety of health difficulties for a number of years prior to his passing.
A portion of the statement said, “It is with deep sadness that we announce that Gregg Allman, a founding member of The Allman Brothers Band, passed away peacefully at his home in Savannah, Georgia,”
In addition to her, Delialah’s mother’s father is survived by his wife, his children Devon, Elijah Blue, and Layla Brooklyn Allman, his three grandkids, his niece, as well as long-time friends and a vast extended family. All of these people are considered to be his immediate survivors.
