This is just what an older lady wants to demonstrate to her followers on social media, as she continues to publish images and videos of herself sporting a variety of bikini clothes and ensembles that she has posted online.
Renee Gould, better known by her Instagram account @longevityseeker, will be 63 years old in the year 2023. However, she began her path of encouraging other people to embrace their age many years earlier.
It is stated in the bio section of her Instagram account that she adheres to a plant-based diet and is a firm believer that food is the best treatment. She not only shows off her toned figure complete with abs, but she also provides her fans with “longevity tips.”
Her material includes things like nostalgic films, stories about her time at the beach, and recipes for various foods and drinks.
In a video message that Gould shared with her audience in August 2023, she urged them, “don’t let age define you!!”
In the video, the person who creates material for the internet sported a white tank top, a brown pencil skirt that hugged her figure, and a pair of shoes.
There was another video of her that was uploaded in October 2022, and in it, she said that she still dresses in a bikini despite the fact that it has garnered some harsh feedback from users on the internet.

Gould disclosed in a post that she had published in 2021 that maintaining a healthy physique had not always been a part of her lifestyle and that in the past, she had struggled with a variety of health difficulties.
