On Thursday, the Hollywood Walk of Fame was filled with members of the same family. Ludacris, who has won several awards and is also an actor, was honored with a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame for his extensive career in movies. Ludacris, born Chris Bridges, was honored with respectful remarks from co-stars and collaborators LL Cool J and Vin Diesel, who lavished Ludacris with compassion and appreciation as they reminisced on his journey over the years. Additionally, his oldest daughter, Karma Bridges, surprised everyone by giving a statement as well.

The actor from Fast X revealed with Entertainment Tonight that he was “blown away” by his friends, family, and co-stars who came to pay respect to his work. He said that “the stars all aligned in a perfect manner today,” and he attributed this to the fact that “the stars all aligned in a perfect manner today.”

“It’s practically impossible for me to express it in words. LL was the one that inspired me to go into rapping. Vin has irrevocably altered the course of my life by bestowing upon me the gift that keeps on giving, the Fast and the Furious series. “Their presence here for me today meant the world to me,” he expressed his sentiments. “I genuinely just said that I’ll put my cast up against any other cast in the history of motion pictures. We are the family that is the most close-knit both in front of and behind the camera. When compared to anybody, one hundred percent.”

But the unexpected presence of his daughter left him speechless and more than a little bit angry at the same time.

“I was doing my best not to cry. In all honesty, I am relieved that I put my shades on before going outside today,” he said. That really blew my mind. In general, it is not simple for individuals to conceal some things from me; yet, it was a hundred percent unexpected development. It seems that I was the only one who didn’t know! At the moment, I’m feeling a little bit irate. I’m a bit furious.”

When Karma joined her “Uncle Vin” to talk about her dad’s journey on the platform, it was clear that Ludacris was overcome with emotion. Karma was joined by her “Uncle Vin.”

“To my rock, my hero, and my dad, I can’t find the words to express how much it means to me to be here for you today. You are my hero.” Karma acknowledged in her statement that it took everything in her to come up with an explanation of why she couldn’t make it today after getting your SMS on Thursday asking if she could make it to Los Angeles for your Hollywood star. “It took everything in me to come up with an excuse of why I couldn’t make it today.” “If you really want to know the truth, I wouldn’t miss it for the world. You have always found a way to be there for me, whether it be a phone call or a text message from miles away, whether it be at plays, dancing recitals, or graduation ceremonies. You never failed to make an effort to ensure that I had the impression that I was appreciated. When I was younger, you would always advise me to confront my anxieties and that there are two responses to the challenges of this world: being terrified or being prepared. That if I keep fighting for what I want, there is no such thing as failure because I will never give up. The only thing I can say for sure is that if “do what you preach” were a person, it would be you.

In her follow-up statement, she said, “After years of you being the one surprising me, it is my honor to have the tables be turned.” Only you and God are actually aware of how difficult your journey has been up to this point in time. And for that, I am grateful to him because it gave me the opportunity to see even a little portion of the effort, enthusiasm, and commitment that you put into all that you do. I cannot express how proud I am of you, Dad. I’d want to offer my congratulations to a legendary performer as well as a legendary parent.

Ana Martinez, the producer of the Hollywood Walk of Fame, stated in a statement that was released before to the event that “Ludacris has been a pop culture staple for many years.” As a rapper as well as an actor, he is responsible for some of our most cherished musical and cinematic moments, and we couldn’t be more excited to have him perform at our venerable landmark.

media personality for iHeartRadio Ellen K, who served as emcee, praised Ludacris’ versatility, which has made him a titan in both music and acting. He has seamlessly transitioned from a rap career in which he has sold more than 24 million albums worldwide to dominating the box office in roles including the fan-favorite “Tej” in Universal Pictures’ box office hit Fast & Furious franchise, where he was introduced for the first time in 2003’s 2 Fast 2 Furious.

When asked about the first time he heard of Ludacris during his stint as an on-air presenter, LL Cool J recalled when he did so, and he referred to his fellow hip-hop veteran as a “true titan.” He was producing some great tracks, but I couldn’t help but wonder, ‘Isn’t he a DJ?’ After then, there was an unending stream of recordings arriving, one after another after another. And then we ran into one other, and he was like, “Man, you know, you inspired me in many ways, [with] my music and my walk,” he added. “And then we bumped into each other again.”

“He obviously took that inspiration and went to another level, turned it into his own thing,” the individual who will be inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2021 said next. “Which, in my opinion, is an outstanding accomplishment. As a result, I couldn’t be happier to be here. You first emerged into the rap world 25 years ago, and ever since then, the star power has been undeniable. And just look at you now: you’re a multi-hyphenate, a legend, a rap sensation, an A-list actor, and a business magnate. It is quite remarkable how hard you have worked via organizations like the Ludacris Foundation and Karma’s World to improve the lives of younger generations. Taking action on behalf of one’s family, one’s own children, and other children in one’s community. That is the crux of the matter.

“Everything you’ve done is simply much beyond anything that could be considered inspiring. LL Cool J lauded Ludacris, saying, “You’ve proven yourself to be a guiding light in Hollywood.” LL Cool J went on to say that Ludacris has established his position in both mainstream culture and hip-hop culture. “I just wanted to let you know that the culture of hip-hop appreciates and celebrates you,” he said. I have a high regard and admiration for you, and I want you to know how much I appreciate everything that you’ve accomplished in your professional life. And I hope that everything works out well for you in the future. And I simply want to say something to all the youngsters across the globe who are watching: Ludacris is evidence that it is possible to accomplish what you want to do.

In his address honoring Ludacris, Diesel focused on a topic that is all too familiar: family. The actor of Fast and Furious bragged that he could spend “two lifetimes” talking about his co-star turned brother, and he told his audience, “We’ve never seen anybody dominate the music world and then come and dominate cinema while being entrepreneurial in the way that he is.” [Case in point:] “We’ve never seen anybody dominate the music world and then come and dominate cinema while being entrepreneurial in the way that he is.”

Diesel finished his statement by adding, “I come from a place [where] the way you show up for somebody is to say, ‘I would die for you.'” He then went on to praise his fellow actor for his devotion, curiosity, and healthy thankfulness for people around him. What Chris has done is he has brought in another version on that [statement], and that variation is, ‘I shall live for you.’ Because of this, I will devote my whole life to serving you, my brother, and know that you have my undying affection.

The award for Ludacris’s star was presented to him the day before the release of Fast X on May 19th.

Michelle Rodriguez, Tyrese Gibson, Ludacris, Nathalie Emmanuel, Jordana Brewster, Sung Kang, John Cena, and Helen Mirren all reprise their roles in this episode of the Fast and Furious franchise, which was directed by Louis Leterrier. It was also recently reported that Leterrier would also direct the 11th film in the series, which is now in production.

Brie Larson plays Tess, a rogue representative from the Agency and the daughter of Kurt Russell’s Mr. Nobody. Alan Richtson plays Aimes, the new head of the Agency. Daniela Melchior plays a Brazilian street racer who has an important tie to Dom’s past. Rita Moreno, who won an Academy Award for her role, plays Dom and Mia’s Abuelita Toretto. The film also introduces plenty of other exciting new players.

Dante Reyes, played by franchise newcomer Jason Momoa, is the son of a kingpin whose life and empire were destroyed by the notorious Fast 5 bank vault theft, and who has spent the following 12 years planning his vengeance. His father’s life and empire were destroyed by the heist. Dante has a comprehensive strategy to make Dom pay, and he carries it out by focusing on Brian, Dom’s son who is just 8 years old and who is played by Leo Abelo Perry.

Paul Walker, who was one of the franchise’s original stars who passed away in 2013, will not appear in the next installment of Fast X. This year, however, Walker will have the honor of having a star placed in his honor on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.

“It means something to me to receive a Hollywood Star of Fame, but no words can explain what it means to be honored the same year as my brother,” Ludacris previously said in an interview with ET. “No words can explain what it means to be honored the same year as my brother.” “… Just thinking about that brings up a lot of feelings, but it’s a great honor. That is, wow, that is some serious stuff, dude. I’m simply grateful.”

Ludacris continued by saying this about Walker: “He was the most humble person on the planet.” He was constantly concerned about making amends… He only continues to motivate me to achieve more.”

Even though Walker has passed away, Ludacris pointed out that the late actor continues to be remembered via his daughter Meadow Walker, who is 24 years old and makes a cameo appearance in the most recent chapter.

According to what he said, “he lives on through her,” and “she is an absolutely amazing human being.” We are able to have a civil conversation with her. The legacy continues to this day. It’s so much beyond our comprehension.

In a subsequent interview with ET, Meadow said, “I’ve always thought about honoring my dad [in a Fast film] just because it’s such a big part of his life and my life,” and she was speaking at the premiere of Fast X in Rome. “But I was holding out for the perfect opportunity. I wanted it to be something really straightforward and uncomplicated, almost like an Easter egg in appearance. You wouldn’t even notice it if you didn’t know who I was, that’s how inconsequential it is. I have no doubt that this is what my father would want for. My dad was always a modest man and extremely straightforward. I made my mark, and it is something that I will always be able to give to him.
